In-Person Sessions Coming Soon!
The COVID-19 pandemic is not over yet, but we are slowly moving toward the light at the end of the tunnel. I’m excited to announce that starting on Thursday July 9, I will be back in the office offering limited in-person sessions on Thursdays. If you require an in-person appointment on a different day of the week or in the evening, please email me at email@example.com to make arrangements.
It feels like forever ago that I was last face-to-face, in real life, meeting with clients. I’ve missed it so much, although I must say that I’ve developed a liking to virtual sessions and the convenience and safety that it has offered me and my clients since March. Virtual sessions will continue to be an option that is available to all CURRENT and NEW clients.
If you are a current client and are using the online "JANE" portal, please be sure to indicate either “virtual” OR “in-person” when booking your upcoming appointments. If you are a NEW client, you have the option of choosing an in-person or virtual appointment.
Here are some things to be aware of if you are considering in-person appointments:
You will be asked to wear PPE throughout the duration of your appointment. I will be wearing a face mask or face shield. Please maintain physical distancing.
You will be asked to self-screen for symptoms of COVID-19 before entering the office.
Please do not arrive early for your session.
Family members must wait outside of the office.
All invoices will be emailed; there will be NO hard copy invoices provided at this time.
Surface cleaning will take place in between each session.
Hand sanitizer will be available for all clients. Please apply hand sanitizer at the start and end of your session.
Please use the public restroom on the second floor at your own risk.
No toys, fidgets or snacks will be available at this time - SORRY...that's my favourite part too! You are encouraged to bring your own fidgets to use but no eating is permitted.
