    My Story

    Kanica (she/her) is a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, who is here to help! She has 10 years of clinical experience in a variety of settings supporting the health and mental wellness of children, adolescents, young adults, and families. Kanica specializes in providing support to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, interpersonal difficulties, school-related stressors, self-harm, suicidal ideation, performance anxiety, and self-esteem issues.

    Kanica’s goal is to work with you and/or your family to determine what approach fits your needs and helps you meet your goals! Through assessment, an individualized treatment plan and goal for sessions will be determined. Kanica has experience using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectic Behaviour Therapy, creative activities, therapeutic games, and general talk therapy to help others. Services can be offered in English and/or Punjabi.
