Margo Thompson
Margo is currently accepting new referrals for adults and couples.
Margo has over 15 years of professional experience with focus in Child Welfare, relationships and marriage, conflict resolution, mentoring, diversity, equity and inclusion, and strength-based modalities. Margo is a skilled therapist who identifies as a Black woman, second generation immigrant, wife, and mother of five children, ranging in ages from 7-21 years old. She is also a Christian and is able to incorporate Bible and faith-based principles, and support services to her work. Margo prioritizes working alongside her clients, to work at their pace, in order to achieve their goals.

Peter Snow
Peter is currently accepting new referrals for individuals and young adults.
Peter is an experienced psychotherapist with training in Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness. Peter has a wealth of experience supporting those with anxiety disorders, depression, self-esteem and perfectionism. He has worked extensively with young adults, university/college students and young professionals.

Lauren Chicorli
Lauren is currently accepting new referrals for children, adolescents and mothers.
With 20 years of experience working with children, youth and families, Lauren has supported a variety of needs and challenges such as emotional regulation, anxiety, ADHD, Selective Mutism and OCD. She specializes in working with children and families to regulate big emotions and build upon family cohesion with compassion and optimism.
Lauren is skilled in child-centred approaches including play-based therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, attachment, family and humanistic therapies and have experience in reflective family play therapy, motivational interviewing and trauma informed practices. As a single mother to a 7 year old, Lauren has lived experience in the challenges and triumphs that parenting can bring. She has a special interest in supporting new moms and helping them in navigate the beginning of their parenting journey.
