    My Story

Peter Snow (he/him), MSW is a Registered Social Worker in the province of Ontario. He received his Masters of Social Work from the University of Toronto. He is an experienced psychotherapist with training in Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness.

Peter specializes in supporting young adults and individuals who find themselves struggling with self-esteem and low motivation, particularly as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Many of his clients have noted gains such as improved life-satisfaction, being able to enjoy more meaningful relationships, and thriving within the activities that they used to enjoy.  Peter has a wealth of experience supporting folks with anxiety disorders, depression, self-esteem and perfectionism. He has worked extensively with young adults, university/college students, and young professionals.

In addition to his work with individuals, Peter enjoys supporting couples with repairing their relationship following infidelity, communication difficulties, life transitions such as having children, and helping couples navigate new directions within their relationship.  Peter is also skilled at supporting couples where one or both partner identifies with neurodivergence such as ADHD.

Peter is known for his warm and casual personality and thinks outside of the box when it come to supporting his team and his clients.

Fun fact: Peter is not only a skilled therapist, he is also a talented alt-rock musician and singer.
