About the event

During this FREE event, you will develop a greater understanding of anxiety and its function and how to respond in effective ways in the moment. Evidenced-Based Strategies will be discussed with particular emphasis on body cues, relaxation techniques, helpful reframing of anxious thoughts, and the process of exposure exercises. A formal diagnosis of anxiety is not required.

Exclusionary criteria: anxiety that is occurring as a result of trauma or grief/loss. Please contact Liz directly for individual recommendations and support for these specific areas.

Limited Registration is available for this FREE event. Please register to be added to the enrolment List. Date and Venue will be confirmed once Enrolment has been fulfilled. This Workshop will be held at various times throughout the year.
